ViewTek Fuel Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is ScreenAway Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 631 509 316), of 7 Valiant Rd, Tonsley, South Australia, 5042  (“Promoter”), on behalf of ViewTek Australia,

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 24.04.26 and closes at 31.05.26 (“Promotion Period”). 
  • Entries received outside this Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • To be eligible, entrants must:
    • Reside within the “Promoter”’s serviced installation areas; and
    • Have their ViewTek product booked for installation at an address within these specified geographical areas.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to determine eligibility based on serviceability of the installation address.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, eligible customers must:
    • Purchase and book an install for a ViewTek Retractable Fly Screen product (or specified eligible product) during the Promotion Period; and
    • Placed order with completed 50% deposit payment prior to installation.
  • Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
  • An entire order is considered one (1) entry, and is not determined by the number of products installed.

5. Prize Details

  • There are 7 prizes available nationwide.
  • Each prize constitutes a $1,000 fuel voucher (or equivalent fuel gift card).
  • Total prize pool: $7,000.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details

  • The draw will take place at The Promoter’s premises on 01.06.26 at 3:00pm (ACST)
  • Winners will be selected via random draw.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
  • Winners’ names will be published on the ViewTek social media channels, within 48 hours of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Permit Requirements

  • This promotion is a game of chance.
  • Winners will be selected via random draw.
  • Where required, relevant permits will be obtained in accordance with state and territory regulations.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or lost entries.

11. Order Cancellation & Prize Forfeiture

  • If an entrant cancels, withdraws from, or fails to complete their purchase and installation for any reason, their entry will be rendered invalid.
  • If a prize has already been awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the prize. The entrant must return the prize (or its equivalent value) upon request.
  • The Promoter’s decision in this matter is final.

12. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
  • The Promotion abides by consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy

  • By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the promotion and for marketing communications, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

14. Australian Consumer Law

  • Goods and services supplied by the Promoter come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Acceptance

  • Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
